1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FileQuik, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using FileQuik on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.

1.2 Services & Beta Status

FileQuik is currently in Beta and provided "as is". Features may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice.

1.3 User Accounts & Role-Based Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Access is restricted by Organization ID (multi-tenant system).
• Admins manage internal role-based access control (RBAC).

1.4 Acceptable Use

• No illegal content, malware, or harmful uploads.
• No attempts to bypass security (e.g. signed URLs).
• No reverse engineering of OCR or AI systems.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

FileQuik is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or profit loss, to the maximum extent permitted under Brunei Darussalam law.

2.1 Information We Collect

• Account Data: Name, email, and organization details.
• Document Data: Files uploaded for OCR, indexing, and AI search.
• Metadata: Usage data for performance and security improvements.

2.2 Data Isolation & Security

• Strict multi-tenant isolation using Organization IDs.
• Files stored in private storage with signed, time-limited URLs.
• Designed for secure, Brunei-based data handling compliance.

2.3 Use of AI and Embeddings

Documents are converted into embeddings to support search and retrieval within your organization. These are not used to train general models for other users.

2.4 Data Retention

During Beta, data limits may apply. You may request deletion anytime. Upon account termination, data is removed within 60 days.

2.5 Compliance

We aim to comply with Brunei Darussalam data protection standards and maintain high confidentiality and integrity.
